While uploading records / folders to the Records platform you may experience failures. The system will attempt 3 times to upload the records after which time it will stop. To get around this issue we recommend the following steps

• Ensure that you are still connected to the Internet
• Ensure that the record still exists in that location
• Move the offending record(s) / folder(s) to your desktop (it could be an issue with the path length)
