How to add a "Missing" Record issue against a folder

Step 1: Enter into the Folder / Subfolder that is "Missing" records.

Step 2: Click on the Menu on the Right Hand Side

Step 3: Click on Create Issue

Step 4: Enter the Title and the Description

Step 5: Click on Save

Step 6: Open the Issues Tab

Step 7: Click on your Item

Step 8: The Folder location will be presented within the Issue Description.
